Fun and Festive 'Frozen Mule' Recipe

Create This Incredible ‘Frozen Mule’ Cocktail for You and Your Holiday Guests

This week I have been on a mission…to create a fun and festive cocktail for the holidays! Sure it’s a tough job but, someone has to do it! I’ve concocted. I’ve shaken. I’ve frozen. I’ve tasted. Um, and I’ve tasted again! The result is a fabulous frozen holiday cocktail reminiscent of the Moscow Mule. This new cocktail combines the seasonal flavors of cranberry, pomegranate and ginger and elevates them with a few simple twists. This mule gets the winter chill by spending a little time in the freezer. The combination of ingredients allow this cocktail to take on a perfect slushy consistency. Topping this cocktail with a splash of Sprite Zero adds the perfect effervescence finishing touch.

Whether you are entertaining a large group or having an intimate gathering, it is fun to feature a signature cocktail for the holidays. This one is sure to be a BIG hit!

SUPER HELPFUL TIP ALERT: Make a large batch to store in your freezer. You will be ready with a festive cocktail when unexpected guests stop by.

For Serving:

  • Once the mix is frozen and slushy it is ready to be served. To prevent the alcohol from settling, be sure to stir one last time prior to use.

  • Portion out in to cocktail glasses.

  • Top with a splash of Sprite Zero (regular zero is too sweet) and a sprig of rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
